It would be great if employer can allocate funds on babysitter for their employees (in of case of overtime). 

Having help with the child can lighten womens`s load and give them the opportunity to do their job/education properly.

Too often, employees have to specifically ask to work part-time or work from home, which can be awkward. Employer should instead offer a broad range of different options.
