The goal of this idea is to realize good peer support between employees which can also help promote gender equality in workplace. The peer support prgoram should be set up in ICT workplaces with the support from the unit head by encouraging employees to have more engagement in peer support (no matter female or male), and employees also seek peer support and support other colleagues, which will help to set up respectful and trustful relationship between employees. To some degree it will help promote gender equality.
