In my opinion, stereotypes can not be erased, because they are basically created by people who are not very smart and want to self-affirm in this way. These people will be around forever and there is almost certainly no way to change their mind. This can be an unpopular opinion nowadays, but i think if a women wants both: a baby and a top career at the same time, that is the problem right here. There are female researchers in ISS unit, though no female professor yet. ISS unit should try to promote and encourgae female to participate and present in different public events at different levels, such as deparmment level, school level, university level and society level to present the voice of female in ISS.

The goal is to let the emotional labor work in ISS unit to go to both male and female. Currently there is no administration staff in ISS unit. Thus, the emotional labor work normally goes to differnt staff member, but mostly to female. Male staff members should be volunteers to do the emotional labor work also the same as female colleagues do.
