- Introduce at the lectures (especially during first semester Bachelor and Master lectures) more short interactive exercises, where student groups are formed in a random way during the lecture directly.

• As new groups will be formed for each exercise, both local and international students will have an opportunity to get in contact with a larger number of their peers.
• The goal here is to overcome gender and culture prejudices that might currently exist.
• Especially relevant for the courses that take place at the beginning of the Master in Information Systems study programme, where the share of international students is very high.
